This was my short film made in Unit 5, it clearly shows how I repurposed it to export this video on to YouTube. Originally this was done on Adobe Premier and was a lossless film- therefore I repurposed it to H.264 as an MP4, therefore it became a lossy file. As I am creating a website I need to stick to the Copyright and Patents act of 1988 and make sure I adhere to these laws. I will need to make sure I don't have anyone else work on my website which I haven't granted access too, for example logos or website design. This also links in with the Intellectual property Right, this helps the producers work protected from anyone stealing their work. Therefore, I will make sure anyone else content has not been used in my work. This applies to my work I have included on my portfolio as it includes my videography work and shall not contain any music etc which I haven't had copyrights or intellectual property rights too. This will apply to all my work on my portfolio. My vintage leather bag video will be appropriate for this legalisation rule as it shows a brand in my work, however as we got access to the company the client wanted us to create our own logo so we haven't taken any of there work which could get us done for Copyrights...
